Delivery, Returns & Service Cancellation

A credit pack adds credits to the wallet on your TalkPix account. You spend credits on generations in the studios; each generation delivers a digital file (a video, an image or audio). There are no physical goods and no subscription: you pay once per pack.

Credits are added to your wallet as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a minute, and you receive an order confirmation by email. If your credits have not arrived within an hour of a successful payment, email support@talkpix.ai with the payment reference and we will add them or refund the payment.

Generated files appear on the result page and in your account when the render finishes, usually within a few minutes. You can download them from there. Files are kept for 30 days after creation, so download anything you want to keep.

Delivery is electronic only and free of charge.

A digital file cannot be returned like a parcel, so a “return” at TalkPix means a refund:

• Unused credits are refundable at any time, to the card you paid with.
• Failed generations are refunded to your wallet automatically.
• Faulty or undelivered output is always covered: tell us and we refund the credits or the payment.
• Credits spent on a video or image that was delivered as described are not refundable.

You can cancel a purchase for whatever you have not used. Email support@talkpix.ai from your account address with your order reference. No form and no reason are needed. We refund unused purchased credits to your original payment method within 14 days of your request, without deducting any fee. How quickly the refund appears is then up to your bank.

A generation cannot be cancelled once it has started rendering, because the work is performed immediately. If it fails, its credits come back automatically.

Nothing renews on its own. If you switched on auto-refill on an earlier purchase, you can turn it off at any time from your account. TalkPix no longer sells monthly memberships; one started before 7 October 2026 can be cancelled from the same page.

Teslimat. Krediler, ödeme kuruluşu ödemeyi onayladığı anda (genellikle bir dakika içinde) hesabınızdaki cüzdana eklenir ve sipariş onayı e-posta ile gönderilir. Başarılı bir ödemeden sonra bir saat içinde krediler görünmezse support@talkpix.ai adresine ödeme numarasıyla yazın; kredileri ekleriz ya da ödemeyi iade ederiz. Üretilen dosyalar işlem bitince sonuç sayfasında ve hesabınızda indirilebilir; dosyalar oluşturulduktan sonra 30 gün saklanır. Teslimat yalnızca elektronik ortamda ve ücretsizdir.

İade. Kullanılmamış krediler her zaman, ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir. Başarısız üretimlerin kredileri otomatik olarak cüzdana geri yüklenir. Hatalı veya teslim edilmemiş çıktılar her durumda iade kapsamındadır. Açıklandığı gibi teslim edilmiş bir video veya görsel için harcanan krediler, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmet niteliğinde olduğundan iade edilmez (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md. 15/1-ğ).

Hizmet iptali. Kullanmadığınız kısım için siparişinizi dilediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz: hesabınızdaki e-posta adresinden sipariş numarasıyla support@talkpix.ai adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; form doldurmanız veya gerekçe belirtmeniz gerekmez. Kullanılmamış krediler, talebinizden itibaren 14 gün içinde, kesinti yapılmadan ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir. Başlamış bir üretim, hizmet anında ifa edildiği için iptal edilemez; başarısız olursa kredileri otomatik olarak geri yüklenir. Hiçbir ödeme kendiliğinden yenilenmez; daha önce otomatik kredi yüklemeyi açtıysanız hesabınızdan her zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için İade ve İptal Politikası (İngilizce) geçerlidir.
