A subscription is not required. One-time credit packs are the default and never expire. Monthly memberships are optional, renew credits automatically, and can be cancelled anytime.
How much does one video cost?
Eligible new customers can create their first Talking Photo up to 20 seconds for $1.99 one-time. Reusable packs start with the $5 Mini; Talking Photo at 720p uses 1 credit per rendered second, and Starter gives you 120 credits for $10. AI Video is billed per second at a rate that depends on the model — at 720p that runs from 2 to 8 credits per second, so the same pack buys noticeably less video on the premium models (see the rate table above). Every studio shows the exact credit total for your settings before it generates anything.
Is there a free trial?
No. Payment is required before AI generation. Credit packs start at $5, your first pack is 15% off within 24 hours of signing up, and failed renders are refunded automatically.
Is payment secure? Who processes it?
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. The crypto option (BTC, ETH, USDT) is processed by a separate provider, Cryptomus — prices are still set in USD, and crypto refunds work differently from card refunds. TalkPix never sees or stores your card details or your wallet keys. See the Terms before paying with crypto.
Can I buy credits from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia?
Yes, and from most other countries too, including the EU. TalkPix takes card payments in USD at checkout, and your bank or card issuer handles any local currency conversion.
What's your refund policy?
Not satisfied? You can request a refund of any unused credits anytime — just email support@talkpix.ai. Failed generations are auto-refunded. UK and EEA consumers can cancel within 14 days for anything they have not used; credits spent on a delivered video are not refundable because you ask for immediate access at checkout. Faulty or undelivered output is always covered. See our refund policy.
