Child safety standards
Last updated October 20, 2026. Applies to talkpix.ai and the TalkPix apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.
Zero tolerance
TalkPix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). TalkPix is for adults: you must be 18 or older to use it.
It is forbidden to use TalkPix to create, upload, request, share or store:
- any sexual, sexualised or nude depiction of a minor, real or AI-generated, including “young-looking” characters;
- a minor in a romantic, intimate, suggestive, swimwear-posing, bathing or undressing scene;
- content that grooms, sexually exploits, sextorts, trafficks or endangers a child, or that promotes any of these;
- a real child’s photo or voice, unless you are that child’s parent or legal guardian (or have their explicit permission) and the use is harmless. Inside the TalkPix apps no real child’s photo can be used at all.
How we prevent it
- Every prompt, script, lyric and template note is checked before anything is made, and requests that sexualise a minor are refused and logged.
- The baby studios use TalkPix’s own AI-generated babies, which depict no real child. In the apps they take only those ready-made characters — no photo upload — and templates that ask for a photo of a child are not offered in the apps.
- Nothing is published automatically. A video reaches Explore only after a person at TalkPix approves it, and every public video, Explore item, result, image and song can be reported.
- A report that content involves a child takes a public video out of public view immediately, before review, and locks it until a moderator decides.
How to report a concern
- In the app or on the website: tap Report on the video, image or song (or on a share page) and choose “Involves a child”. You do not need an account.
- By email: support@talkpix.ai, subject “Child safety”. Include the link or the place you saw it. Please do not attach or forward the material itself.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline; elsewhere, to the INHOPE hotline in your country.
What we do with a report
- A person at TalkPix reviews every report within 24 hours; child-safety reports first.
- Violating content is removed and the account that made it is closed and banned. We do not warn or notify the account before acting when that could put a child at risk.
- Apparent child sexual abuse material is preserved as the law requires and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal process.
Child safety point of contact
TalkPix’s designated contact for child safety, including for app stores, hotlines and law enforcement, is the TalkPix safety team at support@talkpix.ai. Messages with the subject “Child safety” are handled first.
These standards sit alongside our Terms of Use (sections 2 and 8) and Privacy Policy.
