Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can request a refund of unused wallet credits at any time by emailing support@talkpix.ai. Purchased credits never expire, so there is no deadline to use or reclaim them.

Credits already spent on a delivered output are non-refundable, because the digital service has been performed. If you think you were charged in error, email us and we will look at the job.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned to your wallet automatically — you do not need to ask. Duration-based jobs are reconciled against the length actually rendered, and a partial batch is charged only for the items that succeeded.

A monthly membership is optional and is never switched on unless you choose it. You can cancel it in one click from your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; the month you already paid for runs to its end and the credits it added stay in your wallet.

Auto-refill is off unless you tick it while buying a pack. With it on, it tops you up only when your balance falls below 10 credits, emails a receipt for every charge, and can be switched off at any time from your account.

Email support@talkpix.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you want refunded. We aim to reply within one business day. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; how quickly it appears is then up to your bank.

Payments made in cryptocurrency carry the same unused-credit refund right, but crypto cannot be reversed the way a card payment can, so the mechanics differ — the details are set out in the Terms and you should read them before paying that way.

This page restates, in plain language, the refund terms you agree to when you buy. The contract itself is section 5 of the Terms of Use, which governs if the two ever differ.
