Delete your TalkPix account

1. Open TalkPix and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out everywhere.

1. Sign in at talkpix.ai/account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

Email support@talkpix.ai from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We act on verified requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Every photo, audio file, cloned voice, character, song and render you uploaded or created.
• Your scripts, prompts, saved library items and support messages.
• Your email address, sign-in, and any saved payment cards or memberships.
• Any unused credits. Credits are not refunded on deletion.

Order and payment records without your email address are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires and as a payment dispute may need; they are deleted automatically after that. A keyed hash of your email is kept for the same period so that a later sign-in with it is told the account was deleted rather than silently opening a new one. Everything else goes with the account.

Separately from account deletion, uploads and renders you have not saved to a library are removed automatically 30 days after they are created. The full details are in our privacy policy.
