What does the AI video editor do?
It changes an existing video from a written instruction. Upload a clip or pick one of your TalkPix videos, describe the change — snow instead of sun, a different colour, an anime style, night instead of day — and the AI renders the same clip again with that change. The length, the shape and the camera move stay the same, and the result is a new MP4; the video you started from is not changed.
Which model should I pick?
Kling 4.0 Edit keeps the most of the original: the people, the motion and the original sound. It needs a video at least 720 pixels on each side. Seedance 2.5 Edit also takes smaller videos (from 480p) and makes a new soundtrack to match the edit.
How much does it cost?
Kling 4.0 Edit: 10 credits per second at 720p, 15 at 1080p. Seedance 2.5 Edit: 11 credits per second at 480p, 24 at 720p. The price is worked out from the real length of your video and shown before you start; the credits are reserved only when you confirm, and returned automatically if the edit fails.
How long can the video be?
From 3 seconds (4 for Seedance 2.5 Edit) up to 30 seconds, and an uploaded file up to 200MB (MP4 or MOV). A 6-second edit takes about two minutes. Trim a longer video and edit the part you need.
What kind of changes work best?
Changes to the look of the scene: weather, season, time of day, lighting, colours, clothing, materials and art styles. Describe only what should change; anything you don't mention is kept. Changing what people do or say is a different job: use the AI video generator or Talking Photo for that.
What can't I edit?
Explicit or sexual content, real celebrities, brand logos and film or TV characters are refused, as in every TalkPix studio. Uploaded videos are checked before anything is charged, and if the model refuses an edit your credits are returned.
How long is the edited video kept?
Like every TalkPix video, it is stored for 30 days and then deleted, so download it to keep a copy.
