Terms of Use

TalkPix.ai (“TalkPix”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of CAR DETAILS CO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14706106), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. TalkPix provides a suite of AI creation studios (collectively, the “Service”):

• Talking Photo turns a portrait plus a script or audio into a talking video.
• Talking Objects creates a scenario, character image, talking animation, and optional social captions from an object idea.
• Product Photos restages a product image into selected commercial scenes.
• Product Video Ad combines product and creator materials, scripts, captions, and brand choices into ad videos and creative variations.
• AI Video creates video and audio from a prompt and, where offered, a starting image.
• Singing Photo turns a portrait plus a song into a singing video.
• AI Song writes and performs an original track, with lyrics you supply or that AI writes, and returns it as audio only — not a video.
• AI Voice creates a cloned voice from a sample you are entitled to use, and then narrates scripts in that voice.
• AI Images generates still images from a prompt and, where offered, reference images.
• AI Influencer creates a consistent AI-generated virtual creator and the images and videos it appears in.

Several studios are packaged as themed variants of the ones above — for example talking animals, cartoons, babies, a news anchor, or a drawing. A themed variant is the same Service under these Terms and is billed at the rate of the studio that renders it.

By creating an account, buying credits, submitting content, generating an output, or participating in a referral or creator program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TalkPix.

“Inputs” include every photo, image, logo, brand asset, product detail, name, prompt, script, audio file, caption instruction, and other material you submit. “Outputs” include generated scenarios, scripts, captions, still images, talking videos, ads, AI videos, and variations returned by the Service.

You are solely responsible for having all rights, licenses, releases, permissions, and consents needed for your Inputs and your intended use of Outputs. If an Input depicts or imitates a real person, you may submit it only if you are that person or have that person’s explicit consent. Product, brand, music, voice, and advertising materials must also be yours or properly licensed.

You agree not to use TalkPix to:

• Depict public figures, politicians, or any real person without the rights and consent required for that use.
• Impersonate anyone, or create deceptive, defamatory, or misleading media, including deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Clone, synthesise, or reuse a voice that is not your own without that person’s explicit permission, or use any cloned voice to impersonate someone or to make them appear to say something they did not say.
• Produce political, electoral, or campaign content, or content that could influence an election.
• Create sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise illegal content.
• Use a real child’s image, likeness, or voice in any sexual, exploitative, demeaning, harmful, or deceptive way, or submit a real child’s photo or voice without being that child’s parent or legal guardian, or having that parent’s or guardian’s explicit permission. Where a studio offers ready-made infant or child characters, those presets are AI-generated and depict no real child.
• Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, consumer protection, or other rights.

We may block or remove Inputs or Outputs, refuse a generation, and suspend accounts that violate these rules. We may report illegal activity where required or appropriate.

TalkPix sells one-time wallet credit packs rather than a required subscription. Purchased wallet credits do not expire. A credit is a wallet unit, not a universal promise of one second or one output. The active studio, output type, resolution, and rendered duration determine the charge:

• Talking Photo: Talking Photo costs 1 credit per rendered second at 720p or 2 credits per second at 1080p, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
• Talking Objects: 1 credit for scenario generation, 1 credit per generated object image, 1 credit per selected platform caption, plus 1 credit per rendered second for the 720p talking animation.
• Product Photos: 3 credits per successfully generated image.
• Product Video Ad: 1 credit per rendered second for a standard 720p ad; Ad Variations cost 10 credits per generated creative.
• AI Video: Rates depend on model and resolution. Seedance 1.5 Pro: 1/2/4 credits per second at 480p/720p/1080p. Seedance 2.0 Mini: 2/3 at 480p/720p. Seedance 2.0: 3/6/14/31 at 480p/720p/1080p/4K. Seedance 2.5: 4/8 at 480p/720p. MiniMax H3: 3/4 at 720p/2K. Kling 3.0: 8/11/13 at 720p/1080p/4K.
• Singing Photo: Billed at the same per-rendered-second rate as Talking Photo for the resolution you choose. Writing the song itself in AI Song is a separate charge.
• AI Song: 20 credits per generated song. AI Song produces audio only; turning a finished song into a video is charged separately, per rendered second, by the studio that renders it.
• AI Voice (voice cloning): 90 credits to add a cloned voice to your account, then 1 credit per synthesis, including previews. Videos narrated with a cloned voice are billed at the normal per-rendered-second rate of the studio that renders them.
• AI Images: From 2 credits per generated image. The exact rate depends on the model and quality tier you select, and is shown before generation.
• AI Influencer: 4 credits per generated identity or scene image, plus 1 credit when AI writes the persona for you. Video posts are billed at the selected AI Video model's per-second rate.

The applicable estimate or fixed charge is shown in the studio before generation. Duration-based jobs reserve an estimated amount and are reconciled against the successfully rendered length. Fixed-price AI steps are charged per successful requested action. Pack prices, credit amounts, full price, and currency are shown before your payment method is charged.

Who processes your payment. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Where offered, cryptocurrency payments are processed by a separate provider, Cryptomus. TalkPix never receives or stores your full card number or your wallet keys. TalkPix does not sell, exchange, convert, or custody cryptocurrency, and does not provide any investment, exchange, or money-transmission service — crypto is accepted only as payment for credits, priced in USD.

Provider-backed generation, including preview renders, requires successful payment or sufficient wallet credits before it begins. Eligible new customers may be offered one Talking Photo up to 20 seconds for $1.99 as a one-time purchase. Eligibility, the current price, and the maximum duration are shown before checkout.

Most TalkPix purchases are one-off credit packs that never renew. Two features are different, and both charge a payment method you have saved with Stripe. Neither is switched on unless you choose it.

Optional monthly membership. If you start a membership, the plan price shown at checkout is charged on the day you subscribe and then automatically on the same day of each following month, in USD, until you cancel. Each paid month adds that plan’s credits to your wallet. You can cancel at any time from your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; the current paid month runs to its end and the credits it already added stay in your wallet and do not expire.

Optional auto-refill. Auto-refill is off unless you tick it while buying a pack. With it on, when your balance falls below 10 credits we charge your saved payment method for the pack you chose and add those credits, at most once every 24 hours. Every automatic charge sends you an email receipt. It is not a subscription and has no fixed date — it only ever triggers on your own balance. You can switch it off at any time from your account, and if a charge is declined we turn it off and email you rather than retrying.

We will tell you by email before any change to a recurring price takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer. Refunds for both features follow the Refunds section below.

You can request a refund of unused wallet credits by emailing support@talkpix.ai. Credits already spent on delivered Outputs are non-refundable because the digital service has been performed.

If a generation or fixed-price AI step fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved for the failed work are refunded to your wallet automatically. Partial batches are charged only for successful items. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@talkpix.ai.

Refunds on crypto payments. The same unused-credit refund right applies to credits bought with cryptocurrency, but crypto payments cannot be reversed the way a card payment can, so the mechanics differ and you should read them before paying this way:

• Refunds are calculated on the USD price of the credits being refunded — not on the amount of coin you sent, and not on its value at any later date. Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not reimbursed.
• Blockchain network fees for the refund transaction are deducted from the refunded amount. We do not absorb them.
• We refund to a wallet address you confirm with us by email from your account address. We cannot refund to the sending address automatically, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong, unsupported, or wrong-network address.
• Approved crypto refunds are normally sent within 14 days of agreeing the amount and destination address; network congestion can add to that.
• If a refund to a wallet is not practical, we may instead offer the equivalent value as wallet credits.

Subject to these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, you may download and use your Outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Commercial use is allowed only when you have the necessary rights to every Input and element in the Output and your use complies with applicable law, advertising and endorsement requirements, and the content, commerce, and AI-media rules of every platform where you publish or advertise.

TalkPix does not grant rights in another person, product, brand, trademark, copyrighted work, voice, or likeness merely because it appears in an Output. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, factually accurate, or accepted by a marketplace, ad network, or social platform. You remain responsible for reviewing, labeling, publishing, and distributing it.

Normal generation inputs and outputs may be stored so you can access, preview, download, and share results. They are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. AI Influencer identities and reusable scene assets that you explicitly save are retained until you delete the relevant profile or asset. You can request earlier deletion of any content by emailing support@talkpix.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.

A finished result is private by default. It becomes viewable by anyone with the link only if you choose to publish it, and you can make it private again at any time from the result page. Publishing a result is your decision and your responsibility: you confirm you hold the rights and consents for everything in it and that it meets the content rules in section 2.

Every publicly shared page carries a Report link. Anyone — including someone who appears in a video and never used TalkPix — can use it, or email support@talkpix.ai. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Content reported as sexual, depicting a minor, non-consensual, or otherwise seriously harmful is taken out of public view while we review it, rather than after.

We may unpublish any shared result, refuse future sharing for an account, suspend repeat offenders, and terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, at our discretion and without refunding credits already spent on the offending Outputs.

Regular members may earn 5% of credits purchased by a properly attributed referred customer, rounded down to whole credits, as pending referral credits. Pending referral credits become redeemable into the member’s wallet when the pending balance reaches 25 credits.

All referral rewards are paid in TalkPix credits. TalkPix does not pay cash, and no part of this programme confers a right to a monetary payment. Approved creators earn a raised credit rate on qualifying purchases made within 12 months of the referred account being attributed to them; after that window the standard member rate applies. The current default approved rate is 30%, but the rate assigned to the creator’s account controls and may differ. Any reward is capped at what the underlying purchase can support, and the rate actually applied is shown in the member’s account.

An approved creator may also be issued a promotional code. A code both attributes the account that uses it and may grant that buyer a discount on their first credit-pack purchase. Only one discount applies to any purchase — where more than one would be available, the largest applies and the others do not stack.

Only successfully paid wallet credit-pack purchases qualify. The job-bound first-video offer does not qualify because it does not grant wallet credits. Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, self-referred, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify. We may withhold, cancel, reverse, or offset related credits or commissions, including against a pending balance or future earnings.

Participants must use honest promotion, avoid spam or misleading claims, and make any disclosures required by law or the publishing platform. TalkPix may reject or remove participants for abuse or fraud and may change eligibility, rates, redemption rules, or other program terms, or suspend or end either program. Changes apply prospectively unless a retroactive adjustment is reasonably needed to address fraud, refunds, chargebacks, legal obligations, or accounting errors.

TalkPix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI Outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
